Hey Mustangs! We are all in this TOGETHER so let's have a little fun! We missed our spirit week before our spring break.....but that doesn't need to stop us from showing our Mustang Spirit. Let's participate in our very own VIRTUAL spirit week next week. For each dress up day, either snap a picture and send it to Helen.Xiong@gcj2.k12.wi.us for us to post in that day's thread or post a comment in that day's thread saying how we are ALL IN THIS TOGETHER! Let's have some fun and keep pushing forward...one day at a time....showing we are all in this together! #BrookwoodsBest

Our 7th graders have been doing an ongoing study with their Embryology Unit on the development of a chick while comparing it to the development of various other species. The chicks are about to hatch and Mrs. Tadlock didn’t want our students to miss out on it—-so here’s the live stream of our chicks hatching!! The live stream will continually run throughout the night and into tomorrow. Check it out here:

Brookwood Families,
The safety and health of our students and our communities are very important to us.
March 16th and 17th will be teacher ONLY days. This will allow our staff time to prepare for the upcoming days where instruction will be set off-site for our students. There will be set times where students/parents can come onsite to pick up devices and supplies from their classrooms that have been left behind. Our K-3 students will also be given their devices to bring home for the period of time when our school is closed.
Information in regards to the device/supply pick up will be sent out over the weekend. We will work with our families to ensure that our students have what they need to keep learning when they are not in school.
Specifics about learning activities will be shared during device/supply pick up times and through our Brookwood App and social media during our teacher days.
If you have other questions, comments, and/or concerns, please contact Kellie Bohn directly at kellie.bohn@gcj2.k12.wi.us or 262-374-1949.
**Families without internet access at home, please directly contact Helen Xiong at helen.xiong@gcj2.k12.wi.us or 262-949-9889 so that we can ensure the rightful materials are set home to your child**
Superintendent,
Kellie Bohn
