There emotions all around us and at times we may not be very good at sharing them with one another. It is important that during this time, we learn about different strategies that may help us share our emotions with one another. Many times, young children may act out or differently from their regular doings because they have some type of emotion they are feeling internally and not know how to share them. Watch this video and practice with Ms. Amelse to learn about a strategy you can add to your bag about how to share your emotion(s) with a Two Word Check In. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-eU3FPei7w&t=2s

Thank you for joining us this weekend! We love being able to share with you the Yoga activities from Ms. Amelse. During our time apart, we will be re-sharing them and share new ones as well--so stay tuned! Remember, consistency is key! Are you skeptical about yoga because you aren't a "yoga" person....?? We recommend that you start with the Three Collective Breaths Video and work from there.....or feel free to reach out to Ms. Amelse and see what she recommends for you! Molly.Amelse@gcj2.k12.wi.us Yoga is a great way to ease your mind and body during this uncertain time where you and/or your child might not be able to fully explain how one is truly feeling in the insides. Here is our last Yoga video for the weekend...stay tuned for a fun bunny activity later today from Mrs. Hoark and a special message from our staff as well! Stay safe, Mustangs---you make us proud! #BrookwoodsBest https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0_wpUMzasc&feature=youtu.be
