Did your child come home asking if it was a spirit week last week?! Well..it wasn't for our students but it was for our staff....our staff had a secret "Undercover Dress-Up Week" last week and it was a fun week keeping our students on their toes with why we were all dressed the way we were. Check out the fun our staff had being a part of this: https://youtu.be/L0KmVdk75Xc
Don't forget our district wide spirit week starts on Monday: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZA8QqMytgJHiJFNYjFh7mkf6uOfXk_5L/view?usp=sharing

It's been quite busy lately....but we wanted to thank all those that were able to attend our winter concerts! If you have pictures for us to post, please email them to Helen.Xiong@gcj2.k12.wi.us

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our very own Little Free Library, located right in front of Brookwood Elementary School!
Thanks to a generous donation from Mercedes Benz, this library is stocked with a wonderful selection of children's books. It’s a space for everyone to take a book to enjoy and share a book to inspire others.
Whether you’re looking for a new adventure, a bedtime story, or a favorite classic, our Little Free Library is here for you. Let’s build a community of readers, one book at a time!
How it works:
Take a Book: Find something you’d love to read.
Share a Book: Donate a book you’ve loved so someone else can enjoy it.
We can’t wait to see how our Brookwood families contribute to and enjoy this new addition to our community.
Happy reading!

Our most recent 4K outreach event was a blast! 4K families gathered for some festive fun. They participated in fun photo opportunities, made ornaments, put together crafts and colored holiday cards. They also read books together and made fun playdough holiday creations. Afterwards, they sang their little hearts out at the holiday concert! Thank you to all the families that came out to make this event so special for some of our youngest Mustangs.

Our phone services are restored. We will be keeping our emergency phone lines open until the end of the day today.
