Thank you for joining us this weekend! We love being able to share with you the Yoga activities from Ms. Amelse. During our time apart, we will be re-sharing them and share new ones as well--so stay tuned! Remember, consistency is key!
Are you skeptical about yoga because you aren't a "yoga" person....?? We recommend that you start with the Three Collective Breaths Video and work from there.....or feel free to reach out to Ms. Amelse and see what she recommends for you! Molly.Amelse@gcj2.k12.wi.us Yoga is a great way to ease your mind and body during this uncertain time where you and/or your child might not be able to fully explain how one is truly feeling in the insides.
Here is our last Yoga video for the weekend...stay tuned for a fun bunny activity later today from Mrs. Hoark and a special message from our staff as well!
Stay safe, Mustangs---you make us proud!

Here is our first long weekend activity!
Feelings are good but let's work on feeling better if you aren't. Learning various strategies to control our emotions is important but also being consistent with our strategies is just as important. Being mindful is a skill that takes practice...and like all things....practice makes perfect. Check out this video from Ms. Amelse, our certified Breathe for Change Instructor. #BrookwoodsBest

Brookwood Schools are committed to removing barriers so that our students have every opportunity to have their needs met and to succeed in our community and beyond. If you are interested in your child receiving these services, please contact either Kalyn Obry (BMS) or April Fitzsimmons (BES). In addition, PSG will be offering virtual support webinars to our Brookwood families. More information on this will be coming soon.
